"Our beliefs are very similar", says Cindy Szinegh, EXIT's Vice President of Corporate Services. "We both believe in giving a 'hand up' not a 'hand out' to people who want more in their lives. As EXIT provides a hand up to our Associates through training unmatched in the industry and the opportunity to enhance their income through residuals, Habitat gives a hand up by providing interest-free mortgages to qualified families who may not otherwise know the pride of home ownership". A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT International is applied to its charitable fund.

EXIT's culture at its finest- EXIT agents, brokers and regional owners from all across the country participated in the EXIT sponsored Habitat For Humanity build in Covington , Louisiana in conjunction with the 2006 NAR convention. This is EXIT's culture and synergy at it's very finest! Working together for a greater good is one of the hallmarks of the EXIT system. EXIT Realty Corp.
